The hotel is conveniently located near a business park, making it easy to access. the rooms are tidy and the bathrooms are clean, with ample amenities provided. the staff is helpful and the housekeeping team ensures that the rooms are well-maintained. the food ordered through room service is of good quality and served in generous portions.
The reception staff could be more welcoming and enthusiastic in their approach towards guests.

The venue is situated only 1 mile from marathahalli bridge. Very easy to get from Kempegowda International airport, just 19 miles. Antigravity Gastropub, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. We liked the fact that we chose sunray❤

The hotel offered great amenities and excellent service, making my New Year experience truly memorable. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. the hotel's prime location near key attractions and convenient transportation made exploring the city hassle-free. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, providing top-notch hospitality throughout my stay.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast buffet was mediocre, lacking in variety and quality.

The room was spacious and had good lighting. the hotel is located near several shopping centers and restaurants, which was very convenient. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the towels provided had stains on them and the bed linens were not very clean either.
